While marketers scramble to grab the attention of young minds through social media channels, teachers are left scratching their heads. What is a teacher to do in this age of the Internet? Dan Chapman is a teacher and assistant department director for the Web Design and Interactive Media program at the Art Institute of Portland, but more importantly, he’s a millennial. He will be sharing what he’s learned about working with millennial students, the generation gap, using technology to strengthen the student-teacher relationship, and the secret to winning the attention of students over Facebook.
