The New Communicators is a three-day series of events exploring the ways we communicate with each other.

Events are created by anyone and anyone can attend. It is an open forum for discussion, education and inspiration.

This year, let's explore the concept of Reciprocity.

Since we launched thenewcommunicators.com a few weeks ago, we’ve had the opportunity to exchange emails, go back and forth on Twitter, and meet with many of you in person. We’ve discussed the goals and concept behind this series of events, received feedback on the site and the concept, and had some conversations about what it means to be a New Communicator. Along these lines, we’ve updated the site, simplifying it down to three primary objectives: the Event Schedule, Posting Your Event, and How to Participate.

Event Schedule

Here’s where you’ll find the Schedule of Events. As more events are posted, they’ll appear here. That’s where Part 2, Posting Your Event, comes into play (see below).

Posting Your Event

Events can be created by anyone interested in sharing their lessons, wisdom and advice on these new ways of communicating to anyone interested in attending. Dream up an event and post it using the Post Your Event page. If you feel you can’t do it on your own, you can use the right sidebar to find People Looking for Collaboration. And if you’re a venue wanting to offer some space for people to hold events, you can offer that up in Venues Offering Space.

How to Participate

If you’re still not sure how you can participate in the New Communicators series of events, check out the How to Participate page. While it might not answer all your questions, hopefully it will answer a few.

. . . . . . . . . .
We’re learning through this process just like all of you, so thanks for hanging in there with us. If there’s anything we can answer for you specifically, please email us at info@thenewcommunicators.com or get a hold of us on Twitter.
